Canadian Christian rock band Thousand Foot Krutch is requesting prayers for their hospitalized bassist.
The band shared on Facebook that Joel Bruyere has a collapsed lung is awaiting surgery.
“Joël is in the hospital with a torn/collapsed lung. Needs surgery, but the lung must improve first. Please join us in praying for Joël.,” the band wrote.
It has been a tough summer for the group as just last month merch manager Montana Billings passed away from a severe infection.
We will keep you updated on Joel’s progress. Please keep him and all those who are hospitalized in your prayers.
UPDATE via @TFK_Steve: “Joëls lung is completely functioning. God answers prayer. Joël is going home for bed rest before surgery next week. Thank you Jesus.”
