Rising CCM singer-songwriter Sarah Weir took center stage at Nashville’s The Well Coffeehouse on Monday, October 14th as the opening act for Brad Alden’s exclusive new EP listening party. Showcasing songs from her newly released Origins album (Reliance Records), Weir connected with listeners by delivering inspired lyrics with heart-felt acoustic performances.
Inspired by two trips to Israel, Weir shares about the meaning of her new collection in saying “Origins is a project that was birthed out of a love for the Messiah and a desire for the people of Israel to know Him as well as the depth and history of His love for them. As the prophecies of Messiah are traced through the words of the Prophets, and we see Him through the heart of David’s psalms and the Narrative of redemption, it is clear that the Messiah, Yeshua, has been in pursuit of His people, and all of mankind, since the beginning of time.”
