MNRK Music Group celebrates its nominations categories for the 64th GRAMMY Awards, which will take place on January 31, 2022.

MNRK artist Jonathan McReynolds, along with Mali Music, received a nomination for Best Gospel Album for Jonny x Mali: Live in LA. A co-artist release between the chart toppers, the live project follows on the heels of their GRAMMY-winning #1 hit song, “Movin’ On.” Featured in a new performance take on the EP, the prolific songwriters and musicians have taken their artistic collaboration further, co-writing all the songs on the album.

MNRK Publishing client Jesse Royal received a nomination for Best Reggae album for “Royal.” The release is Royal’s sophomore album and was released via Easy Star Records. The singer/songwriter has been a key player in the island’s current reggae movement and collaborated with like-minded colleagues on “Royal,” including incarcerated dancehall legend Vybz Kartel, GRAMMY-nominated reggae star Protoje, Ghanian lyricist Stonebwoy, former Raging Fyah lead vocalist Kumar, and more.

In addition, MNRK management client Lights is featured on Ilenium’s “Fallen Embers,” nominated for Best Dance/Electronic Album.
