Two-time GRAMMY Award winners for KING & COUNTRY are honored to announce their first ever performance on the CMA Awards stage, joining nine-time CMA Award winner and world-renowned entertainer Dolly Parton to perform their massive No. 1 hit “God Only Knows” at “The 53rd Annual CMA Awards.” Joel Smallbone reflects on this monumental moment, "Call it a wonderful happenstance, or destiny - but from the moment we heard Dolly’s voice singing those words, we knew this song was meant for her. Now to be able to stand on the grand CMA stage, for KING & COUNTRY with (who we call) the queen of country is profound indeed."
GRAMMY and GMA Dove Award-winning artist Zach Williams will also take to the CMA Awards stage for a duet with Dolly as they perform "There Was Jesus" off his new Rescue Story album. Williams said, "It is a dream come true to work with the incredible & iconic Dolly Parton on 'There Was Jesus'! Every time I hear her sing, it feels like Heaven is in the room with me."
Country Music’s Biggest Night will be hosted by Dolly along with Reba McEntire and Carrie Underwood, and will air live from Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, Wednesday, Nov. 13 at 8/7c on the ABC Television Network.
