Hillsong Young & Free Honored With First GRAMMY Nomination

Youth Revival (Live) has earned Hillsong Young & Free their first GRAMMY Nomination. The sophomore album was named as a nominee in the Best Contemporary Christian Music Album category. Making an impact at Christian radio, Youth Revival (Live) has garnered two Top 5 singles, as their newest "Falling Into You" quickly climbs the charts. The Recording Academy will present the 59th GRAMMY Awards on Sunday, Feb. 12, 2017, live from Staples Center in Los Angeles and broadcast on the CBS Television Network from 8–11:30 pm ET/5–8:30 pm PT.

"What an honor it is to be nominated for a GRAMMY under the category of 'Best Contemporary Christian Music Album.' While we are so proud of Youth Revival, we're overwhelmed by this recognition and aware of the shoulders we stand on," shares Young & Free’s Laura Toggs. "God is so exceedingly generous and we can't wait for February!"

Young & Free recently announced a free release of the video "Real Love" for a very special reason. Instead of paying for the download, the band is asking people to donate to a World Vision program that provides aid to Syrian refugee children. Releasing in February of 2016, the eclectic collection of songs found on Youth Revival articulate the deep desire of the human heart for something more. With their relevant EDM and pop sound, the project continues their own journey and experiences through their faith. Youth Revival debuted at No. 1 on Billboard Praise & Worship Chart and boasted a top 10 placement on the Billboard Digital Albums Chart alongside support from media such as Billboard, Worship Leader and MTV. The band toured globally throughout the year including treks in Canada, Australia, Singapore, Indonesia, the United States and more.
