We Are Messengers Re-Imagines "Maybe It's Ok" With Strings Mix

Dove Award-nominated band We Are Messengers has released a new version of their powerful radio hit. A special strings mix of "Maybe It's Ok" is now available for download on iTunes and can be heard below.

We Are Messengers is poised to release the first batch of new music since the Dove Award-nominated act’s 2016 critically-acclaimed self-titled debut. Extending their track record of transparent songwriting, the group will release the Honest EP March 29, 2019. Honest is available for pre-order today. The six-track set was produced by Tedd T. (Francesca Battistelli, Stars Go Dim) and Benjamin Backus (for KING & COUNTRY, Blanca).

Honest is the most truthful, raw and personal record we have made,” shares We Are Messengers frontman Darren Mulligan. “We’ve pushed ourselves to be vulnerable, to share our heartache, loneliness and joy so that everyone who listens can have permission to share theirs, too.”

Fans can now anonymously share their personal stories and struggles on the band’s new “Maybe It’s OK” app at https://maybeitsok.com, which takes its title from the group’s current single. "Maybe It's OK" currently sits at #4 on Billboard's Christian Airplay Chart and #8 on Billboard's Hot Christian Songs

We Are Messengers will share new music this spring on TobyMac’s “Hits Deep Tour,” alongside Jeremy Camp, Jordan Feliz, Ryan Stevenson and Aaron Cole. The tour wraps April 7 in Jonesboro, Ark.
