Dream Label Group is making preparations for the Christmas season with the latest in their Dream Christmas series. 29:11 Worship, Futures, All Creatures and Joel Vaughn all contributed songs to Volume 7. The new EP is available now to pre-save ahead of its October 28 release. In this TCB Exclusive, Joel Vaughn talks about his new holiday song “Love Has Come” and his favorite holiday memories.
How do you hope to impact listeners with “Love Has Come”?
I hope to remind them that there is hope in this world because Jesus came to earth as a baby, and then made a way for us to be in a right relationship with God by sacrificing his life for us on the cross.
Love is one of the focuses during the Advent season. How do you have a personal connection with “Love” during the Christmas season?
My personal connection is the same connection that all mankind has which is found in John 4 and it says “In this is love, not that we have loved God but that he loved us and sent his Son to be the propitiation for our sins.”
What is one of your favorite holiday memories?
Watching my daughter bring us presents from under the tree when she was a toddler.
What are your biggest hopes personally and professionally as we prepare for 2023?
That I could continue to share the gospel through my music.
