Red Street Records Recording artist Iveth Luna recently released her debut EP, Just Like Jesus, available everywhere (listen HERE). The EP follows the release of her most recent single, “Just Like Jesus” (listen HERE), and the launch of its accompanying music video (watch HERE). Produced by Kevin Rooney and AJ Pruis and co-written by Luna, Rooney, Cindy Morgan, AJ Pruis, Caleb and Jordan Ward, Don Koch, Brian Bunn, and Carl Cartee, Just Like Jesus features six tracks, three of which are brand new to listeners: “Second Chances,” “Give It To Jesus,” and “Believe.”
In this TCB exclusive, Iveth reflects on the writing session for the title track (“Just Like Jesus”) and how this project has been three years in the making. Iveth shares lyrics from her new tracks (“Give It To Jesus” and “Second Chances”) and talks about how this EP could lead to a full album. She discusses memories from her first music video experience, and why it is important to release Spanish songs as a bilingual artist. Finally, Iveth shares a message to her listeners calling for them to experience God’s presence through these songs.
