Comprised of relatives Ed Cash, Scott Cash, Martin Cash, Andrew Bergthold, and previously Franni Rae Cash, We the Kingdom is a pop and rock band signed to Captiol Christian Music Group. They quickly became a household name with the release of “Holy Water” in 2019, which went on to hit No. 1 on Billboard Christian Airplay and entered the Bubbling Under Hot 100 at No. 6, garnering the group a Grammy nomination and an RIAA platinum certification. They went on to hit No. 1 on Christian Airplay again in 2020, with “God So Loved”. Both songs were featured on their debut studio album, Holy Water (2020), which won Pop/Contemporary Album of the Year at the 2021 GMA Dove Awards.
Holy Water was followed up by the self-titled album We the Kingdom (2022), which spawned the hit single “Jesus Does”. It was followed by “Take It All Back”, a collaboration with Tauren Wells and Davies, which marked the band’s third Christian Airplay No. 1. The song remained at the top of the chart for five weeks, making itself the longest reign of their carreer. Their latest song to rise atop Christian Radio is “Won’t He Do It”, which peaked at No. 25 on the Billboard Hot Christian Songs.
