Barefoot Republic Camp To Celebrate 15th Annual Fall Banquet At Amy Grant’s Farm

Nearly 2000 campers, summer staff and volunteers came together at Barefoot Republic Camp this past summer, and they will be celebrating “15 Years of Heritage & Hope” at the Annual Fall Banquet. This very special event will be held on Tuesday, September 22nd at Amy Grant’s farm in Franklin.

barefootamyThis annual fundraising event is always a wonderful celebration of God’s provision for Barefoot Republic Camp. The evening will include a casual outside dinner, tours of the farm, camp activities, a silent auction, camper performances, parent testimonies, a VIP Meet & Greet with host Amy Grant, artist Wes King, college football legend Johnny Majors, as well as live entertainment by Amy Grant and Wes King.

Standard tickets for the evening are $75/person, with VIP tickets running $150/person, and sponsorship opportunities are available. Proceeds support Barefoot Republic’s operational support and scholarship program, where at least 50% of its campers receive partial or full scholarship support. Barefoot Republic Camp is based in Franklin, TN, with camp facilities on 110 acres near Scottsville, KY on Barren River Lake. BRC is a multi-cultural summer camp with a mission to facilitate Christ-centered relationships between individuals from diverse racial, cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds through an equally diverse platform of artistic, athletic and team-building programs. In 2015, Barefoot hosted seven overnight sessions in KY for rising 3rd-12th grade students, six day camps in Middle Tennessee for rising 1st-6th graders and its first expansion session for jr/sr high students in southern California. All sessions provide opportunities for campers to develop cross-cultural relationships, participate in Bible study and worship, and enjoy activities that include team sports, extreme sports, fine arts, performing arts and outdoor adventure.
