Comedian John Crist Announces The Release Of His First Book

Christian stand-up comedian and social viral sensation John Crist stopped by SiriusXM Studios yesterday to chat with Jennifer Fulwiler, host of The Jennifer Fulwiler Show on SiriusXM’s The Catholic Channel.

During the discussion, Crist announced the release of his first book “Untag Me: The Subtle Art of Appearing Better Than You Really Are” which will hit stores in the Spring of 2020. The book will focuse on the digital age and take a deeper dive into the way we live online, as well as explain the ways to carefully curate the perfect life on social media. Crist describes it as “trying to present a better version of your actual self.”

Crist and Fulwiler also discussed the worlds of both comedy and faith and removing the labels people put on clean comedians. Whether a comedian is clean or not does not matter, Crist says “Jerry Seinfeld is clean… the best part about him is funny, you’d rather lead with that.”

To hear the full interview tune in to SiriusXM’s The Catholic Channel (Ch. 129) on Wednesday, August 14 at 3:00 pm ET with replays Thursday, August 15 at 1:00 am ET, Saturday, August 17 at 6:00 am, 9:00 am and 1:00 pm ET, and Sunday, August 18 at 9:00 am, 6:00 pm and 9:00 pm ET.
