Capitol Christian Music Group Recognized With 43 GMA Dove Award Nominations

Capitol Christian Music Group (Capitol CMG) was honored with 43 Gospel Music Association (GMA) Dove Award nominations. Included in this year's honorees are Chris Tomlin, Crowder and Hillsong Worship with four nods each, Kari Jobe and TobyMac garnering three nominations a piece and Hillary Scott (Hillary Scott & The Scott Family), Hillsong UNITED and VaShawn Mitchell securing two nominations each.

Nominees represent all of Capitol CMG's entities including Capitol CMG Label Group, Capitol Christian Distribution, Capitol CMG Publishing and Motown Gospel. The 48th annual GMA Dove Awards will take place on Tuesday, Oct. 17, 2017 at Lipscomb University’s Allen Arena in Nashville at 6:30 p.m. CST.

Trinity Broadcasting Network (TBN) will exclusively air the awards show on Sunday, Oct. 22 at 8 p.m. CST. Voting for the final winners will run Aug. 21 through Aug. 28.
