Natalie Grant & Danny Gokey Join Forces For "Celebrate Christmas" Tour

Two of Christian music's powerhouse vocalists, Natalie Grant and Danny Gokey, will ring in this year's holiday season together on the Celebrate Christmas Tour, where they will share the stage each night in a fully-integrated set. Launching Dec. 1, the Celebrate Christmas Tour is scheduled to hit 11 cities including stops in Alabama, Texas, Indiana, Michigan, Wisconsin, Illinois and Louisiana before concluding Dec. 18, in Nashville, Tennessee.

A four-time Grammy nominee and five-time Dove Award-winning Female Vocalist of the Year, Grant and six-time Dove nominee and K-LOVE's 2016 Male Artist of the Year Gokey are a quintessential vocal pairing, setting the stage for an unforgettable holiday experience. Under the musical direction of Grammy-winning songwriter/producer Bernie Herms (Josh Groban, Barbra Streisand, Casting Crowns, Natalie Grant) the Celebrate Christmas Tour will allow Grant and Gokey to craft a collaborative set as they perform a combination of Christmas classics along with selections from Grant's critically-acclaimed, soulful-tinged Christmas project Believe, and Gokey's No. 1 album Christmas Is Here (2015). Selections will include favorites like "O Holy Night," "Joy To The World," "Mary, Did You Know?" and more.

The Celebrate Christmas Tour is sponsored by ChildFund International, a global child development and protection agency serving children and family members in 30 countries. For more than 75 years, ChildFund International has helped the world's deprived, excluded and vulnerable children survive and thrive to reach their full potential and become leaders of enduring change.

Four-time Grammy nominated Natalie Grant is known for her powerful and soaring vocals, heart-gripping lyrics and passionate performances, and has remained one of the top-selling Christian & Gospel artists since her 2005 breakout RIAA Gold certified album, Awaken. She has since gone on to have over 3 million in career sales. The Gospel Music Association has named her Female Vocalist of the Year five times and she has had multiple #1s on the Billboard chart. Beyond her music career, Natalie has been an outspoken advocate for victims of human trafficking since 2005. She co-founded Hope for Justice International, which identifies and rescues victims of trafficking and then provides them with complete restorative care. The organization now has six offices spanning four countries and three continents. Though she is a Seattle native, Natalie makes her home in Nashville with her husband, producer/songwriter Bernie Herms, and their three children: twins Grace and Bella, and their youngest, Sadie.

Six-time Dove Award Nominee and BMG recording artist Danny Gokey now claims the recent honor of being named Male Artist of the Year at the 2016 K-LOVE Fan Awards, where he also took home the award for Breakout Single for his current #1 hit “Tell Your Heart To Beat Again.” Gokey became a favorite of millions of fans as a Top 3 finalist on Season 8 of “American Idol,” which propelled his career and earned him three chart-topping albums (My Best Days, Hope In Front of Me and Christmas Is Here) and a Barnes & Noble Top 5 autobiography (Hope In Front of Me). Gokey’s “American Idol” success also helped provide a platform for him to launch Sophia’s Heart, an organization founded to carry on the legacy of giving started by his late wife, who passed away during a routine heart surgery in 2008. Now remarried, Gokey and his wife Leyicet have a beautiful son and daughter, Daniel Emanuel (age 4) and Victoria Isabella (18 months).
